Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the item in its original box with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Solotech

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
